Breathing Techniques
 
Breathing techniques are exercises that can help you improve your breathing, health, and overall well-being. One such technique is called box breathing, a deep breathing exercise designed to calm your mind and body, reduce stress and anxiety, and enhance your focus and performance. The exercise involves inhaling, holding, exhaling, and holding your breath for four seconds each, forming a pattern resembling a "box". You can perform the box breathing exercise anytime and anywhere, particularly when you feel stressed or overwhelmed.
