Acts of Kindness
 
Acts of kindness are intentional actions driven by compassion and love towards others or ourselves. These actions can range from simple gestures such as smiling at someone, holding the door open, or offering a compliment, to more significant acts like volunteering, donating, or helping someone in need. When we perform these acts of kindness, we not only make others happy but also experience a sense of joy and fulfilment. Moreover, studies suggest that practising kindness can reduce stress, improve our well-being, and spread positive messages in our communities.
