Supporting the people who support others
Supporting children and families affected by trauma can be emotionally demanding. Alongside training, supervision and organisational support, individuals may also benefit from dedicated time to focus on their own emotional wellbeing.
The Emotional Wellbeing Programme provides three individual sessions of emotional wellbeing support for parents, carers and the professionals supporting them, combining supportive listening, Havening® and coaching.

Our training is designed early years, teaching and teaching support staff, based on themes from the best-selling book The A-Z of Trauma-Informed Schools. It will give you a unique chance to understand the complexities of trauma and vulnerability in your learners and provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
The Therapeutic Fostering Assessment Toolkit
​​​Our Therapeutic Fostering Assessment (TFA), which is TSD-compliant, has contributed to an Ofsted Outstanding grade for a Fostering Agency that uses it. Comes complete with implementation training and associated resources, including our Therapeutic Fostering qualification for foster parents, complete with online delivery. Panel training also included.
