Child-on-Parent Violence Support

It can be incredibly challenging for parents who are struggling with Child to Parent Violence, overwhelming behaviours, secondary trauma, compassion fatigue, or a disconnection with their child. That's why we created the 3 Steps to Connect™ (3SC) programme to help you find your way back to a peaceful and caring relationship with your child.

Our program is designed to support you through a 3-stage process that will help you co-regulate and reconnect with your child. Our strategies and opportunities will help you work through issues and reconnect with your child in a meaningful way. If you're feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or on the verge of giving up, please know that you're not alone. The 3SC process is here to help you.

 Interrupting Compassion Fatigue Support

Life can be overwhelming at times, add the challenges of parenting into the mix and this can create an emotional rollercoaster. We know how hard it can be, and that some days can seem like an uphill battle.

If you feel you are in the midst of Compassion Fatigue and are stuck within a pattern that is difficult to break, we are here to help, with a 8-week intervention package which can relieve the symptoms of compassion fatigue and promote your resilience. The session contains elements of Coaching, Havening Techniques and Mindfulness.

Therapeutic Parent Coaching

Therapeutic Parenting is based on principles of attachment and neuroscience, the strategies used within this help to create new pathways in the brain to support the child's learning and understanding of life.

Coaching is a way to help parents develop their therapeutic parenting skills, so they can become their child's reliable source of emotional support. Our coaches help you understand the root cause of the behaviour, so you can resolve the underlying issues.

Havening Techniques®

Are you feeling stuck in life? Are you struggling to achieve your goals and find true happiness? Do you feel overwhelmed and stressed out?

Imagine having a fulfilling and purposeful life, feeling confident and empowered, and achieving your dreams. How amazing would that be?

But we understand that life can be tough, and there are obstacles that can hold us back from reaching our full potential. Maybe you don't know where to start or how to overcome your challenges.

We use a combination of coaching techniques and a psycho sensory therapy called Havening to help you become unstuck and resilient to the challenges in life.

Supportive Listening Service

Our supportive listening service (formerly known as NATP's Empathic Listening Service) offers a safe and compassionate space for you to share your thoughts and feelings. Our trained listeners practice empathic listening to ensure you feel heard, understood, and valued. Whether you're facing a challenging time or simply need someone to talk to, we're here to support you.

Please note: The listener will not give highly specialised advice about specific or targeted issues, or provide a structured training plan to address the issues you are facing.

TIPs Hub Members are entitled to 1 empathic listening call a month per household; additional sessions within the month can be booked for a fee of £25 per call, on a first come, first serve basis.
