Every family’s situation is different. Some parents come to us feeling close to crisis, others are tired, overwhelmed, or unsure how to respond to their child’s behaviour.​

Our therapeutic support services are designed to be flexible, trauma-informed, and non-judgemental. You don’t need to know which support is right for you — you can explore each service below, or book a paid consultation and we’ll help you choose what’s most useful for your family.

A 30‑Minute Parent Support & Coaching Consultation is the gentlest place to begin. It’s a calm, focused space to talk through what’s happening and receive guidance on the next steps.

When You Feel Overwhelmed, Burnt Out, or Emotionally Exhausted

Supportive Listening Service  

For parents who need someone to listen without judgement or advice. Provides emotional relief, validation, and reduces isolation.  

30‑Minute Parent Support & Coaching Consultation

A calm, focused space to explore your concerns, understand your child’s needs, and receive compassionate guidance.  

Compassion Fatigue Recovery (4‑Week Package)  

For parents who feel emotionally exhausted, numb, overwhelmed, or close to burnout. Supports emotional recovery and helps you reconnect with yourself.  

Interrupting Compassion Fatigue Support*

(8 Week Programme) 

For parents experiencing secondary trauma, exhaustion, or emotional depletion. Offers practical tools to reduce stress and rebuild wellbeing.  

When Your Child’s Behaviour Feels Difficult or Challenging 

Parental Support for Your Child’s Behaviour (4‑Week Package)  

Helps you understand what’s driving behaviour beneath the surface and provides trauma‑informed strategies that are realistic and relational.  

Therapeutic Parent Coaching*  

(6 Week Programme)

Guidance for responding effectively to trauma‑related behaviours. Builds confidence, offers step‑by‑step strategies, and supports positive, trauma‑informed parenting.  

Family Safety Planning (4‑Week Package)  

For parents concerned about safety at home due to challenging or aggressive behaviours. Helps identify risks and create practical, step‑by‑step safety strategies.  

DDP Family Support Package* 

(Minimum of 8 Sessions)

For families affected by trauma, neglect, or attachment difficulties. Focuses on building secure, trusting relationships and long‑term emotional development.  

Child‑to‑Parent Violence Support* 

(8 Week Programme)

For parents experiencing aggression, intimidation, or violence from their child or teenager. Improves safety, reduces escalation, and supports reconnection.  

Therapeutic Parenting Skills Workshop (4‑Week Package)  

Explains trauma‑related behaviour and helps you respond with understanding and connection.  

*Services may be eligible for ASGSF funding depending on individual circumstances. Please check with your supervising social worker.

When You Need Support Navigating Professionals, School, or Systems

Advocacy Support (4‑Week Package)  

For parents who need help communicating with schools, social services, or other professionals. Ensures your voice is heard and guides you through complex systems.  

Building Positive Professional Relationships

(4‑Week Package)  

For parents wanting to improve collaboration with professionals involved in their child’s care. Strengthens communication, reduces conflict, and supports a consistent, child‑focused approach.
