Mindful Eating
Mindful eating is a holistic approach to food that involves being consciously aware of every aspect of your eating experience, from the taste and texture of the food to the physical and emotional sensations it elicits. It requires you to focus your attention solely on the act of eating, without any distractions such as TV, phone, or work. By doing so, you can develop a deeper connection with your food and gain a better understanding of your body's needs and signals. Mindful eating is not about restricting or depriving yourself of certain foods but rather about cultivating a positive and compassionate relationship with food, free from guilt or judgment.
