Compassion Exercise

Practising compassion is an excellent way to improve your well-being, happiness, and relationships. Compassion is a feeling of empathy and kindness towards someone who is suffering or in need. Moreover, you can also direct compassion towards yourself, particularly when facing difficulties or challenges.
