Deep breathing exercises also help increase the flow of oxygen in your body, which can improve blood circulation and promote relaxation. Furthermore, practicing deep breathing regularly can enhance cognitive function, boost focus, and increase your overall sense of well-being.

Practice deep, mindful breathing at your own pace. you may want to start by taking 3 slow, deep breaths and see how you feel.
