Staying Put: Helping parents support their adult child as they navigate life

When your young person turns 18, the world doesn’t suddenly become easier to manage—especially if they’ve experienced care, have additional needs, or are still finding their feet. Whether they’re living at home under a Staying Put arrangement or simply need continued support, you may be wondering how best to help them thrive in this next stage of life.

Our Parental Support sessions are here to guide you through the practical and emotional aspects of supporting your young adult—without the pressure of them needing to move out.
