Level 3 Customised Qualifications
Certificate in Trauma-Informed Parenting
The Trauma-Informed Parenting Certificate is aimed at parents who are caring for children who have experienced developmental trauma. It is also aimed at supporting professionals who are working with families in order to support them, which can be used as evidence for Continual Professional Development. (CPD) The Certificate consists of 10 units of study, covering Developmental Trauma, Therapeutic Parenting Strategies and working with others.
Once completed, this qualifies you to apply for the Level 3 Award in Therapeutic Parent Coaching Qualification.
Please note: This is a CoECT equivalent of Inspire Training Group Therapeutic Parenting Programme and Diploma in Therapeutic Parenting Studies.

Level 3 Award in Therapeutic Parent Coaching
A customised qualification which helps the learner to understand the ways in which they can support parents and families using therapeutic parenting strategies.

Duration: 8 months

The customised qualification for Therapeutic Parent Coaching will assist you in comprehending how to provide support to parents and families through therapeutic parenting strategies and coaching tools. The Award equips participants with the skills to become effective coaches, providing comprehensive support to families and children dealing with parenting challenges. By completing the Award in Therapeutic Parent Coaching, individuals can enhance their abilities in assisting other parents in Therapeutic Parenting and in leading support groups.
Prerequisite:
Successful completion of the Diploma in Therapeutic Parenting (2016 - 2023)
If you do not have this qualification you will not be eligible for this qualification and will need to complete the Level 3 Certificate in Trauma-Informed Parenting Qualification (above) instead.
Level 3 Certificate in Trauma-Informed Life Story Work
​The qualification is aimed at supporting professionals (social workers, family support workers, children’s support workers, and therapists) who support children, young people, and their families to navigate the often challenging process of life story work.
Payment in full: £1,494 total cost including VAT -paid in full.
Monthly payment plan available: £262 per month for 12 months
Duration of course: 12 months
Training Days
Day 1 In-person training 9:30 am - 4: 00 pm at our training centre in Gloucestershire. This can also be taken as a standalone training course and is and Introduction to Trauma-informed Life Story Work. This can be attended as part of the training or as a standalone.
Training days are held throughout the year.
