Understanding behaviour as a form of communication is essential for anyone working with children and young people. This training explores how behaviours often reflect unmet needs, emotional distress, or past trauma.

Join us to develop the skills to interpret behaviour through a trauma-informed lens and respond with empathy, insight, and effective strategies.

For: Social Workers, Therapists, Children Support workers, and family support workers.

This training is aimed at professionals who work within education, social care, youth work, and healthcare who wish to better understand and respond compassionately and knowledgeably to the behaviours of children and young people, and forms part of the Level 4 Trauma-Informed Practitioner Diploma.
