Our membership subscription gives you access to peer support through our support groups called Meet Ups, Supportive Listening Calls, Training Portal, Wellbeing Portal, and Resources, as well as discounts on selected services in our Parental Support Services and Qualifications.

Online Training Portal
(via the TIPs Hub)
Our Online Training Portal provides essential resources and training for anyone supporting children who have faced early life trauma. This includes an introduction to therapeutic parenting techniques, strategies for managing various challenging behaviors, and guidance for professionals working with children who have experienced adverse childhood experiences.
You will gain insights into the effects of trauma, access expert-led webinars, and receive tips for collaborating with schools. Additionally, the pass offers techniques for addressing anxiety, navigating support systems, and self-care strategies for parents, carers and Supporting Professionals who work with families.

Online Wellbeing Programme (via the TIPs Hub)
Our Online Wellbeing Programme is designed to help parents and carers tackle compassion fatigue. We've got bite-sized resources like videos, guided meditations, and handy tips to make it easier for you to manage everyday life. Plus, you'll gain access to self-development tools that boost your resilience, help you deal with stress better, and prevent parental compassion fatigue.

There are over 200 resources on various topics to support therapeutic parenting strategies, adverse childhood experiences, causes of developmental trauma, compassion fatigue and many more. Take a look at our free resources section to get a taster of what the resources are like.

TIPs Consult
(Virtual Group Meet-up focusing on problem-solving)
Join the CoECT team with solution-focused strategies for an online support group, held on a monthly basis with our experts by experience-led team including Sarah Naish, Sarah Dillon, Sair Penna, Emma Edwards, Gareth Thomas, Dave Edwards, Amanda Mauger-Jones and Laura Taylor.
Also held every month will be a Through the Keyhole topical discussion with our trainers, Gareth Thomas, Dave Edwards, Laura Taylor & Amanda Mauger-Jones.

TIPs Meet-Ups
(Regional & Virtual Peer Support Group)
Join our regional peer support groups to connect with other parents and carers in your area! Held once a month for 1 - 2 hours in a cafe, community space or green space, these gatherings provide welcoming space for sharing experiences and support. We offer both virtual and in-person options nationwide, facilitated by dedicated CoECT Volunteers. For more information on volunteering with us in your area, please visit our Vacancies page.

Parental Peer Support Forums
Our member's area not only provides you with information, support, and guidance on trauma-informed and therapeutic parenting strategies, as well as interrupting and preventing compassion fatigue, but also allows you to connect with other members on our website portal. We also have a closed Facebook group for members who use social media.

Family Meet-Ups
Our family meet-ups, are an opportunity for members and their families can connect and build a supportive community. These gatherings provide a safe space for everyone to come together, share experiences, and start building their own village of support.

Discounts
Members are entitled to discounts on selected services within our Parental Support Service - The Haven, and also across our Qualifications.

Supportive Listening Calls
Sometimes, we just need to be heard and have someone to listen to us in order for us to make sense of a situation. As part of your membership, you will be entitled to one supportive listening call per month which you can book online.
Extra sessions a month can be arranged at an additional cost of £25 per hour (plus VAT). Non-members are also welcome to use as a paid service.
