The Trauma-Informed Parenting Preparation Assessment for Kinship & Connected Care is for individuals who are being assessed to care for a child as a Kinship Carer, Connected Person or Special Guardianship Order (SGO), or those who are already providing kinship care. In this programme you gain information on The Role of the Kinship & Connected Carer,  Understanding the Needs of the Child and Young Person, Caring for the Child or Young person and Caring for you.
 
This is a Centre of Excellence in Child Trauma course, and upon completion, learners will receive a certificate from The Centre of Excellence in Child Trauma.
