Cancellation Policy

Making a Booking Consultations are available by appointment only and must be booked in advance via our online booking system or email. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is secured, along with details of your practitioner and session link. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances. If you miss your session without notice, we may not be able to offer a refund or reschedule. Payment Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. We accept secure online payments via Stripe. If you require an alternative method, please contact us.
