Havening Sessions (Virtual Online)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations I understand the foster parent will be sent a Client/Practitioner Agreement, which must be signed and returned at least 24 hours before the session, and that sessions will proceed only once this is received. I understand the cancellation policy: clients must provide 72 hours’ notice; sessions will be rescheduled within 7 working days; and all sessions are non-refundable. Practitioner cancellations will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed time.
