Today Rosie Rudey has had enough!

"Rosie, put your coat on, it's cold outside."
"Rosie, bring your sandwich box to the kitchen, please."
"Rosie, stop being nasty to your brother."

LEAVE ME ALONE, she thought.

Rosie did not have an easy childhood which has made her build a hard shell around herself so no one can get in. Luckily her new mum knows just how to help soften Rosie's hard exterior.

Written by a mum who understands, and her daughter (who was also a bit prickly), this is a story for children functioning at age 3-10.

"Sarah's books are perfect for explaining why some children have difficulty with their feelings. Its not their fault if their needs weren't met at an important time in their lives when their brains were developing. The more we (and they) can understand what is happening, the better we can support them."

"Thank you Sarah and Rosie for your books. I bought one and my daughter so much loved the print font in it, as she usually struggles to read in lines. The font in this books helps her to see the letters clear.
She also adored the story and asked me to buy more books. So, I bought 4 books and they all are wonderful. We both love them."
