About the event
It will enable participants to apply practical behaviour management strategies. We will provide participants with the skills and knowledge to avoid feeling dis-empowered and therefore lessen the impact of compassion fatigue. Our trainer assist participants to relate the training to real life events and problems and to implement strategies which have proved effective.
This course is best delivered following straight on from the ‘Managing Feelings’ course, however not mandatory.
